What we collect, and only when you consent
Nothing below loads or runs until you explicitly accept our cookie-consent banner, or if you have never been asked because your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, in which case it never loads at all. If you reject, or your browser sends GPC, none of this is collected.

We do not collect fingerprinting-derived identifiers, do not use cross-site or ad-network tracking, and do not run third-party ad pixels. Our analytics tool (GoatCounter, self-hosted by us) does not use tracking cookies -- it counts unique visits using a daily-rotating, salted, one-way hash rather than a persistent identifier, and cannot be used to track you across visits or across other sites.
Server access logs (not gated by the cookie banner)
Separately from the analytics above, our hosting infrastructure (Amazon CloudFront) keeps standard web-server access logs for every request to this site -- this is normal server operation, the same as almost any website, not a client-side tracking mechanism the cookie banner controls. These logs record your IP address, the path requested, response status, and timestamp, and are retained for 90 days before automatic deletion.
